Your online connection to Medical Content

We invite healthcare professionals (HCPs) in South Africa, including those authorized to prescribe or dispense medicines, as well as nurses and pharmacists, to create a user account. By doing so, you'll gain access to exclusive insights and resources on the J&J Medical Cloud. Additionally, you can enhance your experience by subscribing to our email information service during registration—just check the box on the registration screen (see also Question #9).

To ensure you can access our premium resources tailored for the healthcare community, registration is essential. Without a user account, you'll only be able to browse the publicly available pages.

It's easy to get started! Please follow these steps:

  1. Click the 'Sign in' button in the top right corner.
  2. On the login screen, select the 'register' link at the bottom of the box.
  3. Complete the form with your information; this will help us confirm your eligibility for accessing specialized content and services.
  4. After submitting, you'll receive an email requesting you to verify your identity. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your Spam folder.
  5. Following verification, we will initiate an internal validation process. If we have any questions, we may follow up for clarification (refer to Question #4).
  6. Once validated, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to finalize your account setup. Please click 'confirm' to complete your registration—remember, access requires this final step!

This notification indicates that we require additional information to verify your eligibility based on the details you provided during registration. We're committed to ensuring that our resources are reserved for those who truly need them.

Yes, logging in each time is necessary for accessing our exclusive content and services on the J&J Medical Cloud.

Absolutely! If you've forgotten your password, simply enter your username on the login screen and click “Next.” A 'Forgot Password' link will be provided on the subsequent screen (see also Question #8).

To reset your password, follow the instructions from Question #7. Click the 'Forgot Password' link, then select 'Send me an email.' You will receive an email with a verification code and a reset link—use to reset your password conveniently.

You can update your password by either utilizing the 'Forgot Password' option or by adjusting your account preferences. To access preferences, simply log in, click your login icon in the upper right corner, select 'Profile,' and then navigate to the 'Change Password' tab. Enter your old password along with your new password twice, and hit 'Save.'

If you remain inactive on the J&J Medical Cloud for around 15 minutes, you may be logged out or receive a notification prompting you to log in again. In such cases, please log out using the icon in the upper right corner and log back in to continue exploring.

Not at all! You can choose to register for the email information service during the account creation process or opt to do so later. To register later, simply visit the “Service” tab, select “email information service,” and complete the additional form.

Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking this link allows you to remove your email from our distribution list and stop receiving further promotional communications.
