As part of our extensive range of Patient Support Programs, we strive to enhance the patient experience through personalized support and resources tailored to individual needs.

  1. Reimbursement Support

    Navigating the reimbursement process can often be challenging for both HCPs and patients. Our team offers essential guidance, timely follow-ups with medical aids, and regular updates to HCP/health care practices to facilitate a hassle-free reimbursement process.


  2. Patient Education and Support

    Education is a crucial component of our support services. We coordinate the delivery of prescribed medications through the patient’s chosen specialized pharmacy and offer one-on-one training on injection techniques. This training empowers patients with the knowledge to self-administer their prescribed biologics confidently while understanding potential side effects and adherence strategies. To further enhance adherence, we provide injection reminders and ensure that the prescriber is notified when the patient has received their training and initiated treatment.


  3. Treatment Scheduling Support for IV Treatments

    For patients requiring intravenous treatments, our expert support team plays a crucial role in coordinating every infusion among multiple stakeholders. We work closely with the patient, the healthcare provider, the treatment centre, the pharmacy, and the funder to ensure the necessary authorizations are secured and that the medication is readily available on the day of the infusion.


  4. Reminder Service

    Timely renewal of prescriptions and medicine approvals is important for maintaining effective treatment plans. We send prescribers and patients timely notifications about upcoming script renewals and re-motivations due, thereby supporting continuity of treatment and overall adherence.


  5. Safe Returns

    In line with our commitment to patient safety, the Safe Returns program provides patients receiving J&J Immunology self-administrating products with a secure and convenient way to store and dispose of used injection devices.
